What PoundFighter is
PoundFighter turns micro workouts into a monster-collecting game. Say where you are (in bed, at your desk or standing) and pick a session of 1, 3 or 5 fights. Each fight is one exercise against a hidden monster: every rep damages it and uncovers part of its portrait.
Count reps by voice (grunt, clap or say HUP), by tapping or with the space bar. Beat a monster to capture it: 36 monsters across three habitats and four rarities, plus coins, combos, ranks and a daily punch card that rewards moving a little every hour.

Questions
How long is a session?
One, three or five fights; each fight is one short exercise, so a session fits into a work break.
Do I need equipment?
No. The exercises are done in bed, at a desk or standing, with your own body weight.
How are reps counted?
By sound: grunt, clap or say HUP on each rep and the microphone counts it. No microphone? Tap the monster or press space.
